Your profile is visible to other registered visitors, participating exhibitors and providers of the sessions. This visible profile includes your name, position, company name, company size, company sector, decision level and interest, as you provided during your registration to attend the event. That way you can easily make connections, network, initiate appointments, sign up for sessions or watch sessions online (via livestreaming) before, during and after the event. You decide whether you take the initiative or accept the invitation of others and with whom you share your contact details (through connections and meetings). You can modify or delete your profile/account in the settings at any time.  Sign up or view sessions In the networking platform, you can indicate which sessions you want to attend by selecting 'add to my calendar'. Sometimes sessions can be viewed online via live streaming. If you sign up or view the session online (via live streaming), Jaarbeurs will share your profile (including contact details) with the provider of this session. Jaarbeurs will also share your profile (including contact details) if you visit the session live without signing up, if you have your badge scanned.  Consent to be approached by provider You give the provider of a session consent to approach you with information about its products and services, if you sign up for the session, watch the session online (via livestreaming) or have your badge scanned at the live session. You can withdraw your consent at any time from this provider. Your personal badge If you have your personal badge scanned by an exhibitor and/or at a session, Jaarbeurs will share your registration details with the specific exhibitor and/or provider of the session.
